INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBER SIGN-UP

Please review the attached documents and complete the on-line form as indicated below. Membership application in the FCPC must be signed off by the co-op Board and a contact representative(s) named so we can stay in touch with the right person(s).

  1. Please review the By-laws and Federation Principles before completing the Membership form.
  2. Please be sure to complete all sections including:
    • An organizational biography (75 words or less). This is provided to the board for their consideration of your membership application.
    • Also please consider scanning in and/or sending us a brochure or other information on your organization to [email protected] . The more we know about your co-op, the better we can gear our activities to your needs.
  3. At the end of the form you will be directed to Paypal to pay for your dues. We are encouraging on-line transactions to reduce our administrative time but if you prefer, you may also pay by cheque.

After you have completed these steps, the FCPC Board of Directors will review your application at its next board meeting and your membership status will be confirmed by email. The board may defer its decision to obtain additional information or to contact the applicant.
